Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and implement high-quality user stories and modules as per business requirements
• Develop robust, secure, scalable applications adhering to coding standards and best practices
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and support teams to resolve issues and improve performance
• Conduct peer code reviews and unit testing
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
• Maintain clear documentation for solutions and processes

Technical Skills Required:

Backend Development:

• Strong Core Java and OOP principles
• Hands-on with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Struts
• Experience with JDBC and writing efficient SQL queries
• REST API development and integration (managing Master URLs & Endpoints)

Security & Optimization:

• Understanding of App Security standards (OWASP, XSS, DDoS/flood prevention)
• Familiar with encryption, encoding, hashing, secure file uploads

Schedulers & Tools:

• Working knowledge of Schedulers like

  Quartz

• Exposure to reporting tools such as

  JasperReports

  or

  BIRT

Frontend (Nice to Have):

• Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, JSON
