• 3+ years development and design experience (J2EE, Java 8).


• 3+ frameworks like Spring, Spring MVC, Spring boot, Spring Security


• Hands- on experience of SSO, MFA, PingFed, OIDC, OAuth, API gateway


• 3+ years RESTful API, MQ, Kafka


• 3+ years database knowledge


• Hands- on experience with development tools and frameworks such as Maven, Jenkins, Gradle, Git, and Nexus.


• 3+ hands on splunk and Dynatrace


• Hands- on experience with development tools and frameworks such as Maven, Jenkins, Gradle, Git, and Nexus

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & EXPERIENCE

• Application design and development activities


• Development and support of SaaS or hosted Java applications.


• Hands-on Java/Springboot development


• Troubleshooting production issues for Java applications as L3 support.


• Provide high quality application and user support to ensure IT systems availability, reliability, and performance that support business processes globally


• Perform proactive application health checks to prevent potential failures


• Ensure problem resolutions are released in production on-time and with high quality.


• Ensure all changes to the Production Environment follow the Change management process.


• Ensure change activities are performed on time, minimizing risk to the service/business environment


• Work with Vendors and internal IT Infrastructure Teams on currency-related upgrades.


• Work with Vendors, internal IT Infrastructure Teams, and Business partners on the remediation of audit findings and vulnerabilities to ensure adhere to client security controls and standards.


• Support the Business and Operations Teams during UAT testing for the Vendors and internal Production releases.


• Document and diagram data and process flow as well as infrastructure components and conduct trainings across regions.


• Perform scheduled activities such as DR testing, user attestations, remediation of control audit, etc.


• Coordinate digital certificate renewals in all environments.


• Identify and leverage best practices in continuous integration and delivery


• Help drive transformation by continuously looking for ways to automate existing processes


• Explore new capabilities and technologies to drive innovation


• Continually drive to improve the product and the customer experience.
