Java Backend Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for two experienced Senior Java Backend Developers with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and modern cloud-based application development. The ideal candidate should have solid exposure to Kafka, REST APIs, CI/CD, and backend performance optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement microservices architecture with high scalability and reliability.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for various business functionalities.
• Work with Kafka for messaging, event-driven architecture, and real-time data processing.
• Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and solution planning.
• Implement best practices for security, authentication, authorization, and data protection.
• Perform performance tuning, debugging, and optimization of backend components.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth application deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
