About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
• Build and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures (MySQL / PostgreSQL).
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data security best practices.
• Manage server configuration, deployment, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and product managers to deliver robust features.
• Debug, test, and maintain application performance and scalability.
• Take full ownership of modules — from design to production deployment.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and JPA/Hibernate.
• Excellent command over SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Good understanding of REST API design and microservices architecture.
• Experience with JWT / OAuth2 authentication and server-side security.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS / DigitalOcean / GCP) or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of deliverables.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes or Linux server management.
• Integration with third-party APIs / payment gateways.
• Knowledge of caching, load balancing, and performance tuning.
