Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend APIs using Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks).
• Build and maintain automated API testing frameworks (e.g., REST Assured, Postman/Newman, JUnit).
• Integrate APIs with third-party financial systems and internal platforms.
• Collaborate with QA to design end-to-end automated test cases, particularly for system integration and performance testing.
• Write and execute test scenarios to validate data integrity, messaging workflows, and transaction consistency.
  

Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Expertise in Core Java, Java & J2ee
• Hands-on Experience in OOPS concepts and Spring/SpringBoot and Hibernate
• Hands-on experience in web services-RESTful with best practices
• Knowledge of Restful API design patterns
• Hands-on experience in application servers like Tomcat and JBoss
• Knowledge in Oracle Database with SQL queries/Stored procedures
