Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Japanese Translator, based in Ahmedabad. The Japanese Translator will be responsible for translating documents, communications, and other materials from Japanese to English and vice versa. The role involves interpreting during meetings or discussions, ensuring seamless communication between teams, and accurately conveying technical or non-technical information across languages. The responsibility also includes maintaining the confidentiality of the translated content and ensuring timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Japanese Translation, including written and verbal skills for accurately translating documents and content
• Strong abilities in Japanese to English translation and fluent communication in both languages
• Experience in Interpreting and facilitating effective communication between speakers of Japanese and English
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in technical terminology related to the automobile industry is a plus
• Relevant certification or degree in Japanese Language or Translation will be advantageous
• Prior experience in a similar translator or interpreter role is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
