Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Front Office Executive. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations and inquiries, and ensuring smooth operation of front office activities. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, providing excellent customer service, managing phone calls, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience with Receptionist Duties and Front Office management
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is beneficial
