Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive at Skycity Hotel Gurgaon, located in Gurugram. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for greeting guests, managing front desk operations, handling check-ins and check-outs, and answering customer inquiries. They will also ensure guests' satisfaction by providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on communication and customer service
• Experience in front office and receptionist duties
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
