Job Description

Role Purpose:

To support business operations by providing bilingual assistance in Japanese and English, focusing on translation, documentation, and direct collaboration with global counterparts - especially teams based in Japan. The role ensures smooth communication, accurate process documentation, and contributes to operational efficiency in a hybrid work setup aligned with Japan business hours.

Translate between Japanese and English (JPEN / ENJP)
Create Standard Operating Procedures with minimal supervisionUse Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) proficiently
Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English
Work directly with global counterparts, especially teams based in Japan
Participating in project activities to improve bilingual skills in a fun and engaging way
Able to manage customers concerns or queries
A members should have 3-5 years of experience directly working with Japanese customers
Open mindset to adopt new and advance technologies.

Qualifications:

A
t least with N3 JLPT certification or above language skills (certification is an advantage)
Any Graduate
Strong communication skills
Good analytical skills and logical thinking mindset
Good attitude, problem-solving ability, and global mindset
Advance technical skills in MS Office such as Pivot, V-lookup etc.
Good to have Power Automate or Power BI knowledge
