Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  daily OPD consultations

  , delivering accurate diagnosis, empathetic counselling, and effective treatment plans.
• Perform and oversee all

  IVF-related clinical procedures

  including IUI, IVF, ICSI, oocyte retrieval, and embryo transfer.
• Design and monitor

  personalized treatment protocols

  ; track patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments.
• Participate in

  Peripheral OPDs and medical camps

  , extending services to a wider patient base and enhancing outreach.
• Provide thorough

  medical and emotional counselling

  , while ensuring patients are guided towards informed treatment decisions and continuity of care.
• Ensure meticulous

  documentation and record-keeping

  of patient histories, protocols, and progress.
• Support patients in making informed and confident decisions through compassionate counselling, ensuring continued adherence to treatment plans in line with ethical medical standards.
• Provide

  cover and clinical support for fellow IVF consultants

  when required, ensuring uninterrupted patient care.
• Train and mentor junior doctors, nurses, and support staff in clinical protocols and patient handling.
• Collaborate with the center’s management to ensure

  smooth operations

  and uphold compliance with medical ethics and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• MBBS with MD/MS/DGO/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Fellowship/Certification or significant experience in

  Reproductive Medicine/IVF

  .
• Qualified according to ART law for level 2 IVF Centre.
• Hands-on expertise in IVF procedures with a successful clinical track record.
• Excellent

  patient counselling skills

  , with the ability to balance empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Strong team orientation, with the ability to work collaboratively across clinical and operational functions.
• Willingness to participate in outreach initiatives such as

  camps and peripheral OPDs
