What You Will Do | Key ResponsibilitiesConduct IPD and OT rounds at the start of the day.Handle OPD consultations and counselling for all patients.Perform IUI, sonography, and operative procedures (OPU, ET, Hystero-Laparoscopy).Prescribe medications and advise investigations.Conduct morning and evening IPD rounds with the RMO and nursing team.Ensure patient documentation and files are complete and updated.Monitor patient parameters, investigations, and progress.Ensure Pre-Op and Post-Op protocols are followed accurately.Attend and manage emergency situations with support from senior consultants if required.Participate in camps and outreach OPDs to promote fertility awareness.Supervise and support all clinical staff to maintain operational excellence.
