As an Associate Medical Director (IVF Consultant) at Gunjan IVF World, you will lead IVF consultations and procedures such as OPU, ET, Ultrasound scans, Hysteroscopy, and Laparoscopy. Your role will involve driving revenue growth, fostering collaboration with medical professionals, training doctors, participating in research, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the clinic on a daily basis. You will be responsible for outreach and business development, including driving revenue growth, building collaborative relationships with referral sources, conducting OPD sessions at other clinics/hospitals, and creating engaging content for social media platforms to enhance the clinic's presence. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, strong leadership abilities, expertise in patient treatment planning and counseling, as well as skills in Transvaginal Sonography and Follicular Monitoring. A medical degree (MD/MS/FNB/DNB/DGO or equivalent), along with at least 3 years of IVF experience and proven success, is required. Additionally, you should have strong leadership, communication, and patient care skills to effectively manage teams and clinics.
