Gunjan IVF World, a trusted chain of fertility and IVF centers in Delhi NCR, is looking for a passionate IVF and Fertility Consultant to lead consultations and procedures such as OPU, ET, Ultrasound scans, Hysteroscopy, and Laparoscopy. As an Associate Medical Director, you will play a key role in revenue growth, community outreach, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue growth, fostering collaborations with medical professionals, training doctors, participating in research, and overseeing daily clinic operations. You will also be involved in outreach activities such as conducting OPD sessions at other clinics/hospitals and creating engaging social media content. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, strong leadership abilities, patient treatment planning and counseling expertise, and proficiency in skills like Transvaginal Sonography and Follicular Monitoring. A medical degree (MD/MS/FNB/DNB/DGO or equivalent), along with 3+ years of IVF experience, is required. Additionally, you should demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and patient care skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and clinics.
