Activities:

End user management.
Execute and support Endpoint Patching Schedule and Testing.
Create software packages.
Support break/fix for Endpoint Patching
Software Packages deployment as per company portal using Ivanti portal manager.
Execute patch deployments to Endpoints based on the Gainwell Patch schedule.
Patch deployment to endpoints as per patches approved by Customer.
Patch deployment to endpoints as per schedule and plan provided by Customer.
Coordinate with Customer engineering teams and users to test patches in Test / Dev environment and publish results for Gainwell approval to rollout into production.
Follow specific patching window/cycle defined by Customer.
Provide communication for testers for endpoint patching.
Participate and coordinate break/fix task for endpoint patching as per defined processes with support from Customer field support (hands & feet support) team.
Maintain endpoints within the patching tool.
Provide monthly reporting on endpoint patching compliance.
Remediate failed patching install failures for failed, conflict and or error in coordination and support from Customer field support (hands & feet support) team.

Reports:

Supplier shall provide Patching reports which include specific patching window/cycle defined by customer.
Provide monthly reporting on endpoint patching compliance.

Documentation:

Comprehensive documentation of patching process and any recommended improvements.
