IVA/IVR Developer - Five9 Studio 7 & Chatbot Integration

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IVA/IVR Developer with hands-on experience in Five9, particularly Studio 7. This position is with one of the largest BPO MNC. With a strong programming background, you will be adept in chatbot integration and possess experience in campaign management within the Five9 ecosystem. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain IVA/IVR workflows using Five9 Studio 7. Build and deploy chatbot integrations that complement voice and digital channels. Create and optimize campaigns in Five9 for inbound and outbound interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer experience, operations, and data teams. Leverage Five9 reporting and analytics tools to fine-tune performance and user experience. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues in real-time environments. Document workflows, configurations, and coding practices for maintainability and knowledge sharing. Stay current on Five9 platform updates, features, and roadmap. Minimum Qualifications / Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Required Skills & Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience with Five9, including Studio 7 Advanced Scripting. Strong programming knowledge: RESTful APIs, JSON/XML. Proven experience in Five9 Campaign Management, including list management, dialer configuration, and ruleset definition. Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborate with geographically distributed teams. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
