Key Responsibilities: Monitoring the Technology s & ensuring corrective actions with L1 & L2 level of skill set. Installation of all the components and sub components. Configuration of devices and components. Troubleshooting of issues. Handling L1 & L2 Tickets. Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting. Qualifications: Optimal qualification for success on the job is: Foundation / Intermediate Level- Microsoft, RHEL, IBM-AIX, Dell-EMC, Hitachi, EMC Networker, CISCO, Juniper, HPE, Oracle, VMware, F5,Radware,ITIL. Graduation with Computer & Electronics background. Bachelor in Computer science or B.E.
