Job Description

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow professionals with 4+ years of hands-on experience in ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, or ServiceNow UI Builder. The candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow configuration and customization, relevant module knowledge such as Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping (ITOM), HAM/SAM (ITAM), CSDM and CMDB architecture (CMDB), or UI Builder and Now Experience Framework (UI Builder). Hands-on scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide APIs), implementation or support project exposure, and ServiceNow CSA certification are mandatory (CAD or module certifications preferred). Good communication and client-handling skills are required. The role offers a remote or work-from-office option (Mohali) and will involve a 2-round interview process.
