End User Computing Support

• Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management for Bangalore employees.
• Review and maintain site inventory and asset records.
• Participate in and support assigned projects.
• Support and oversee company's global printing services.
• Manage internal escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Technical skills required

• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Operating System (Windows) Deployment through Auto Pilot.
• Diagnose and repair hardware faults.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements or repairs.
• Install and update operating systems and business applications.
• Troubleshoot software errors and compatibility issues.
• Respond to service desk tickets and resolve issues within SLA.
• Assist users with login issues and profile configurations.
• Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
• Assist with VPN setup and remote access support.
• Coordinate with network teams for escalated issues.
• Ensure systems comply with IT security policies.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes by provisioning/de-provisioning devices.
• Work closely with remote IT teams and escalate issues when needed.
• Provide technical guidance to users in a clear, non-technical manner.
• Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.

Required Experience

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in desktop support.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, motivated approach with strong command over English Language.
