Position: Machine Operator / Technician Location: Multiple Sites (as per project requirement) Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers can also apply) Employment Type: Full-time --- Job Summary Xpheno Pvt Ltd. is hiring Machine Operators and Technicians for various equipment including Spider Climbing Machines, Forklifts, Lift/Elevator Machines, and Cranes. Candidates will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and supporting the safe functioning of machinery at client sites. Freshers with technical knowledge or ITI/Diploma can also apply. --- Key Responsibilities For Operators Operate Spider Climbing Machines, Forklifts, Elevators, or Cranes as per safety standards. Inspect machines daily before operation. Follow signals and instructions from site supervisors. Ensure safe loading/unloading and material handling. Maintain operation logs and report issues immediately. Assist in basic maintenance and troubleshooting. For Technicians Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines. Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and support senior technicians. Conduct safety checks and ensure machines are in good working condition. Support installation and commissioning at client locations. Maintain service reports and documentation. --- Eligibility Criteria Education: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter, Welder, Technician) OR Experience in operating forklift/crane/lift machines is preferred—but freshers are welcome Ability to read and understand basic technical manuals Physically fit and comfortable working on industrial/construction sites --- Skills Required Basic mechanical/electrical knowledge Good observation and safety awareness Ability to work in shifts Team coordination and communication skills --- Benefits On-the-job training Overtime allowances as per company policy PF / ESI (as applicable) Career growth toward Senior Operator / Technician roles
