We are hiring part-time trainers for the following domains:

Technology Domains

• AWS – Cloud Computing

• Data Analytics

• Tally (Accounting & GST)

• ANSYS & HyperMesh (Mechanical)

• Agentic AI / Applied AI

• CATIA

  – Product / Surface / Sheet Metal (Mechanical)

• Primavera – Project Management (Civil)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality classroom or online training sessions as per schedule.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, practical labs, and hands-on demonstrations.
• Guide students through practical assignments, projects, and real-time use cases.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain training quality and ensure student engagement throughout sessions.
• Support learners with doubt clarification and mentoring beyond scheduled classes.
• Collaborate with center management for batch planning and training requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong subject-matter expertise in the chosen training domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ /Commerce/Computer Science or equivalent (domain-specific preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of real-time or teaching/training experience (freshers with strong skills also considered).
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
• Hands-on experience and practical knowledge are mandatory for the respective domains.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications (AWS, Data Analytics, Accounting, Mechanical/Design tools, Primavera, AI certifications, etc.)
• Prior training or academic experience.
• Experience working on real-time projects in the respective field.
• Knowledge of blended teaching methodologies and digital tools.
