About the Role:

enthusiastic and tech-savvy IT Interns/Trainees

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in
system setup, installation, and configuration
of hardware and software.
Support the IT team in
network monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance
.
Help in
managing user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols
.
Provide
technical support
to internal teams for system-related issues.
Maintain IT asset records and assist in
inventory management
.
Support
data backup, recovery, and system updates
under supervision.
Document IT processes, issue logs, and solutions for internal knowledge sharing.
Participate in
IT-related projects
and suggest improvements to existing processes.

Skills & Competencies:

Basic understanding of
computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts
.
Familiarity with
MS Office, system setup, and basic troubleshooting
.
Knowledge of
Active Directory, LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls
is a plus.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
