What youll build :

As Operations specialist you are responsible for:

Developing and implementing of reports for continuous improvement in Cloud operations and System performance.
Monitoring system performance and conducting regular performance analysis to identify areas for optimization.
Troubleshooting and resolving any operational issues or system errors in a timely manner.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of SAP systems with business requirements.
Developing best practices for system operations and management

What youll build :

5+ year work experience in administration and analytics
3+ year experience in service delivery in global teams
Extensive experience in popular reporting platforms including MS Excel andworking with large data sets
Basic hands-on experience in one or more analytical tools
Proficiency in performance analysis and optimization
Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills
Continuous learning and adaptability to new technologie
