What you'll build :

As Operations specialist you are responsible for:

• Developing and implementing of reports for continuous improvement in Cloud operations and System performance.
• Monitoring system performance and conducting regular performance analysis to identify areas for optimization.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any operational issues or system errors in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of SAP systems with business requirements.
• Developing best practices for system operations and management

What you'll build :

• 5+ year work experience in administration and analytics
• 3+ year experience in service delivery in global teams
• Extensive experience in popular reporting platforms including MS Excel andworking with large data sets
• Basic hands-on experience in one or more analytical tools
• Proficiency in performance analysis and optimization
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills
• Continuous learning and adaptability to new technologie
