Job Title: IT Technical/Architect Manager – Data & AI

Work Location: Hyderabad

Exp level : 7-12 years with relevant of 5+ years

Experience & Background

  • 8 years

    of hands-on experience in data engineering, AI/ML development, or technical leadership
  • Proven track record of

    designing and deploying AI/ML solutions

    in enterprise environments
  • Experience working with

    open analytics platforms

    such as Databricks, Snowflake, Apache Spark, or Microsoft Fabric


Technical Proficiency

  • Strong command of

    AI/ML frameworks

    : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn etc
  • Proficiency in

    Python

    ,

    SQL

    , and scripting for automation
  • Experience with

    cloud platforms

    : Azure, AWS, GCP (multi-cloud familiarity preferred)
  • Knowledge of

    data lake architecture

    ,

    ETL/ELT pipelines

    , and

    real-time analytics

  • Familiarity with

    MLOps

    , CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Understanding of

    data governance tools

    like Microsoft Purview or Unity Catalog

  • Demonstrated ability to

    lead technical teams

    , mentor junior engineers, and manage cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience aligning

    data strategy

    with business goals and stakeholder expectations
