Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our Vadodara office, supporting end-to-end recruitment activities for our operations in Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT recruitment, an understanding of the APAC hiring landscape, and the ability to manage stakeholders and candidates across different cultures and time zones. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–6 years of IT recruitment experience , preferably in a regional or international setting. Understanding of APAC hiring practices , particularly in Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines , is highly desirable. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, JobStreet, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across regions and time zones. Strong organizational and time-management abilities; comfortable working independently and remotely with stakeholders.
