Job Title: Team Lead – Shopify / Laravel / PHP Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Team Lead with strong technical expertise in Shopify, Laravel, and PHP. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with coding, capable of guiding a development team, and confident in communicating directly with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of developers on web development projects Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using PHP, Laravel, and Shopify Review code and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver solutions Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements and provide project updates Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards Requirements: Proven experience in Shopify, Laravel, and PHP development Strong understanding of web technologies and modern development practices Prior experience in a leadership or senior developer role Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Strong communication skills and experience handling client calls Location: Mohali 8b Experience: 2-4 Years Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Shift: Day shift Work Days: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
