Job Description

Preferred candidate profile - IT Engineer- English and Telugu Mandatory Specific responsibilities of desktop support roles include: Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Installation and Configuration: Setting up new computers, software, and peripherals. Maintenance: Performing routine checks, upgrades, and repairs to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure. User Support: Providing on-site or remote assistance to users with their technical concerns. Training: Educating users on new features and how to use their equipment and software effectively. Documentation: Maintaining records of technical issues and resolutions. Inventory Management: Tracking hardware and software assets.
