IT System Administrator

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Administrator to manage and support the IT infrastructure of our travel and tourism business in Kerala. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, and travel-related platforms while maintaining system security and supporting day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
• Oversee travel and booking platforms, CRM tools, and payment gateways, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
• Ensure robust data security, regular backups, and disaster recovery systems are in place and fully functional.
• Administer email servers, cloud services, and manage user access and permissions.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment procurement, software licensing, and maintenance contracts.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to safeguard sensitive client and business data.
• Maintain an up-to-date IT asset inventory and oversee the allocation and lifecycle of devices.
• Conduct basic IT training and provide ongoing support to employees on system usage and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in BCA, BSc (Computer Science/IT), BTech, or any recognized course in networking or system administration.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT administration; experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, cybersecurity, and cloud-based services.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize issues, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Location Requirement:

• Kozhikode, Kerala – Candidate must be able to reliably commute or relocate before joining.
