IT Support Technician

You will be joining HNC Services, a system integrator company based in Chennai, specializing in technology solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. Established in 2014, we are authorized distributors for Hikvision surveillance products and dealers for various other brands, offering a wide range of IT services. Our core focus is on providing genuine products, expert guidance, and comprehensive support to meet the unique IT requirements of our clients. As an IT Support Technician at HNC Services, your role will be full-time on-site in Chennai. Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, offering printer support, and providing computer repair services on a day-to-day basis. To excel in this role, you should possess technical support and troubleshooting skills, along with experience in supporting desktop computers and printers. Knowledge in computer repair is essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills are crucial for interacting with clients effectively.
