Key Responsibilities:
✅ Install, configure, and troubleshoot Printers, Scanners, and Network Devices
✅ Setup and maintain CCTV systems (installation, configuration & troubleshooting)
✅ Provide desktop/laptop support (hardware & software issues)
✅ Manage basic network support & troubleshooting
✅ Respond to technical support tickets and provide timely resolutions✅ Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of Printer & Scanner configuration
Hands-on experience with CCTV setup & support
Basic networking knowledge (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP configuration, router setup)Familiarity with Windows OS troubleshootingStrong problem-solving attitudeGood communication skills
