Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and monitor company servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve laptop/PC hardware issues.
• Handle Windows OS installation, configuration, and updates.
• Diagnose and fix printer-related issues.
• Manage networking operations, including LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
• Monitor and manage firewall systems.
• Administer NAS storage, permissions, and data access.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot various software applications.
• Manage and troubleshoot CCTV camera systems and NVR/DVR setups.
• Monitor and maintain MPLS network connectivity.
• Coordinate with Internet Service Providers to ensure uptime and resolve connectivity issues.
• Provide end-user technical support to employees for all IT-related concerns.
• Ensure the company’s IT infrastructure runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
