IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist at our company based in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT systems, providing end-user support, and maintaining security and efficiency across all business operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Installing, configuring, and supporting workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones. - Analyzing staff needs, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing IT solutions to boost efficiency. - Executing system and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration to ensure seamless business operations. - Implementing application/software upgrades and troubleshooting performance issues. - Providing technical support and training to employees for effective use of IT systems and tools. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration. - Proficiency in TCP/IP networking with hands-on experience in server management and administration. - Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Mac), IT equipment, enterprise backup/recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information. - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
