IT Support /Network Admin

Role & responsibilities

• Proven experience as a network administrator
• Hands on experience on troubleshooting in desktops, laptops, and printers , networking, routing and switching
• Experience with firewalls, Internet VPNs remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
• Laptop hardware setup including assembling & troubleshooting.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of network configurations and cabling layouts.
• Define network policies and procedures
• Provide technical oversight of a multi-site enterprise level WAN, including planning, implementation/expansion, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Operating system, all types of applications, drivers, and necessary updates.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate appropriately for permanent resolution
• Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking issues and resolve issues within given SLA
• Assist with on boarding of new users
• Resolve problems reported by end user
• Asset Management, record keeping of assets of the company and keep updating the records
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
• Drivers Installation & configuration
• Configuration & troubleshooting MS- outlook, outlook express and exchange mail.
• Installation- Windows 8, Windows -10, Windows 11
• Troubleshooting (MS Office, Antivirus, Outlook, Office365)
• Troubleshooting of operating system

Preferred candidate profile

• BTech/BCA/BSc degree in Computer Science or related field
• Good communication skill in English language (written & verbal)
• Good interpersonal skills & analytical skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (MS Word/Excel/PPT)
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts - EU / US shifts on weekday & be available on weekends (Work From Office - Mandate)
