IT Support Intern

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Fresher IT Executive to support our IT operations, including system maintenance, basic server handling, AWS support, and regular data backups. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build their career in IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals.
• Assist in managing and monitoring servers (Windows/Linux).
• Support basic AWS tasks such as EC2 instance monitoring, S3 backup handling, and dashboard checks.
• Perform routine data backups (local & cloud) and ensure backup integrity.
• Help manage user accounts, email setup, and access permissions.
• Troubleshoot network, internet, and printer-related issues.
• Maintain documentation of support activities, backups, and AWS tasks.
• Ensure adherence to security policies and IT guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computers, networking, Windows OS, and servers.
• Understanding of AWS fundamentals (EC2, S3, IAM basics).
• Familiarity with backup processes and cloud storage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• AWS certification or basic course (optional but preferred).
• Freshers are welcome.
