IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE - MECHANICAL, MULUND WEST (Freshers)

Position - IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Location - Mulund West, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Support & Maintenance:

o Provide first-level IT support to internal users for hardware, software, and network-

related issues.

o Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and

other peripherals.

o Perform regular system checks and maintenance activities to ensure IT infrastructure

is running smoothly.

• Application Support:

o Install, configure, and provide user support for business applications including but not

limited to:

▪ iGrafx (process mapping and modelling tool)

▪ Schedlyzer (production scheduling software)

▪ Other productivity and enterprise tools as required.

o Work closely with users to troubleshoot application issues and escalate complex

problems when needed.

• Power Platform Development:

o Assist in the development and maintenance of business solutions using Microsoft

Power Apps and Power Automate.

o Support data integration and automation initiatives across departments.

o Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements and enhance existing applications.

• Documentation & Reporting:

o Maintain clear documentation of IT processes, system configurations, troubleshooting

steps, and support tickets.

o Prepare user manuals and training materials for supported applications.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field

• Strong understanding of basic IT concepts (networking, system hardware/software)

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 system, especially Power Apps and Power Automate

• Basic knowledge of databases and scripting languages is a plus (e.g., SQL, PowerShell)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Exposure to business process modelling tools like iGrafx

• Experience with scheduling tools like Schedlyzer

• Understanding of ITIL practices or helpdesk environments
