Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT Support Executive who can maintain office IT infrastructure and ensure smooth operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling network issues, system troubleshooting, E- Office and providing daily technical support to staff.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network & Internet Management

  • Ensure Wi-Fi is working smoothly for all employees.

  • Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues (router, modem, static IP, DNS).

  • Check and maintain LAN cables, switches, and network ports.

  • Regular monitoring of network speed, uptime, and stability.

System & Hardware Support

  • Install, repair, and troubleshoot laptops/desktop systems.

  • Diagnose and fix software & hardware issues.

  • Setup new systems, update OS, install required office software.

  • Ensure all devices (printers, scanners, CCTV, biometric) are functioning properly.

Security & Maintenance

  • Regular system maintenance & updates (Antivirus, OS patches, backups).

  • Ensure proper network security and access control.

  • Manage system formatting, data backup & recovery.

  • Handle email configuration (Gmail, Outlook, business emails).

Office IT Setup

  • Setup LAN, configure routers, Wi-Fi extenders.

  • Manage IT inventory (laptops, cables, chargers, mouse, keyboards).

  • Support Digital Marketing & IT team with any technical requirements.

Daily Support

  • Respond quickly to staff IT requests.

  • Solve technical issues on the spot.

  • Maintain logs of IT problems and solutions.

  • Coordinate with ISP or hardware vendors when required.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Basic to advanced knowledge of Networking, Routers, Wi-Fi, LAN, Switches.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for laptops & desktops (Windows-based).

  • Experience with Outlook / Email configuration.

  • Knowledge of CCTV & biometric system setup (preferred).

  • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and provide solutions.

  • Good communication & problem-solving skills.
