IT Support Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and technically sound IT Support Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations at our Pune center. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of IT infrastructure during classes, resolving hardware/software issues promptly, and coordinating with the head office IT team when required. This is an on-site role that requires early start times to support class readiness. Key Responsibilities: Assemble, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and peripherals. Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and essential software bundles. Perform daily smoke tests and IT readiness checks to ensure smooth class operations. Coordinate with the head office IT team for system setups, escalations, and process standardization. Address and resolve staff IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure network connectivity, audio-visual systems, and classroom devices are always functional. Maintain documentation of IT assets, issue logs, and system updates. Establish and improve IT support processes within the center. Requirements and Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in hardware assembly and troubleshooting. Good understanding of Windows OS, software installation, and general system maintenance. Ability to handle coordination and remote troubleshooting with internal IT teams. Readiness to start the day early and conduct pre-class IT checks. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Decent communication skills for coordination and support. A diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
