About the Role

IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Provide
L1/L2 support
for end users via call, email, ticketing system, or in person
Install, configure, and troubleshoot
Windows, macOS, and Linux
systems
Maintain and support
Office 365, VPN, printers, end-user laptops/desktops
Manage user accounts and access in
Active Directory, Azure AD, and M365
Troubleshoot
network issues
(LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP)
Support corporate applications and productivity tools
Monitor system performance, incidents, and security alerts
Manage IT assets, inventory, and documentation
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software issues
Assist in
IT onboarding/offboarding
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices
Participate in small projects, system upgrades, and automation tasks

Required Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge of
Windows 10/11
, macOS, and basic Linux commands
Hands-on experience with
Active Directory, M365/Azure AD
Understanding of
networking fundamentals
(TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs)
Experience with
endpoint security
, antivirus, and patching tools
Familiarity with
VPN (GlobalProtect, AnyConnect, etc.)
Knowledge of printers, VoIP, conference room equipment
Experience with ticketing tools (
Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice, etc.
)
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems under pressure
Strong documentation and communication skills

Soft Skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Team player with a proactive attitude

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
