Job Description

We are looking for an energetic person who can coordinate and perform various IT, Desktop and network support activities. We offer an attractive salary package on par with industry best standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users across hardware, software, and network issues.
Install,configure, and maintain IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
Regularly maintain and systematically update the inventory of all the IT assets.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems via phone, email, remote sessions, or in-person visits.
Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are followed.
Execute device provisioning, refresh, recovery and disposal processes.
Support project-based activities and provide assistance for any IT related issue, if & when required.
Assist in the implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Work with infrastructure, application and vendor teams on escalations.
Collaborate with IT and other teams to support technology initiatives and upgrades.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Outlook and standard enterprise tools.
Prior experience in handling support tickets with ability to work independently and handle multiple request.
Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, proxy basics).
Strong organisational skills and ability to document processes effectively.
