System Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops and peripherals.
• Perform software installations, updates, and patches.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and IT assets including servers, routers and modems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Windows and Linux.
• Communicate with hardware and software vendors to resolve technical issues and coordinate repairs.
• Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity and availability.
• Perform IT audits and monitor security threats.
• Inventory management and maintain service contracts on office equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of support activities, configurations, and network changes.
• Keep up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience in Windows Support, Active Directory, AntiVirus and Firewall.
• Hands-on experience in network configuration including Routers, Modems, Proxy, DNS and DHCP.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good knowledge of Hardware Support including system assembling and disassembling.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Willingness to take additional responsibilities.
