Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities IT Support (Core Focus):

Provide
onsite technical support
for up to 150 employees, ensuring high availability of hardware, software, and network systems.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to
network connectivity
,
laptops, desktops
, and
thin clients
.
Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of
laser printers
and other office hardware.
Support day-to-day IT operations, including
Windows 10/11
,
Office 365
, and
Office applications
.
Collaborate with a globally distributed IT team to maintain standards, documentation, and support protocols.
Utilize IT management tools such as
Autotask
,
Datto RMM
, and
Microsoft Azure
(preferred).
Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes, including provisioning and account setup.

Preferred candidate profile:

6+ years of experience in an IT support or system administration role.
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving desktop hardware, printer, and network issues.
Hands-on experience with
Windows 10/11
,
Office 365
, and end-user computing environments.
Ability to work independently while coordinating with international IT team.
Experience with
Azure
,
Autotask
, and
Datto RMM
.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and containerization tools is a plus.
