Job Description

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting IT operations, ensuring system security, and optimizing technology usage across the organization. Your primary duties will include technical troubleshooting, audits, training, and asset management. Collaboration with various teams to enhance IT processes will be a key aspect of your role. You will be expected to respond to client IT issues via email and phone, efficiently diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and provide both remote and onsite support as needed. Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients to understand their IT needs is essential for effective client relationship management. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution, providing regular status updates and reports to clients and internal team, and staying updated with the latest IT trends to recommend tools and technologies for improved efficiency are crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to maintain an up-to-date inventory of all company devices, including hardware, software, and licenses. Coordinating and handling internal Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing, Source Code Reviews, and ensuring compliance with IT security and operational standards will fall under your domain. Documenting technical processes, resolutions, and standard operating procedures, along with preparing regular reports on IT operations, incident resolutions, and audit findings, will also be part of your duties. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree, have 0-2 years of experience, and demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Linux systems. An understanding of networking concepts, familiarity with IT security practices, knowledge of asset management tools, and remote support solutions are necessary technical skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution are essential soft skills for success in this position.,
