IT Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users across hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems via phone, email, remote sessions, or in-person visits.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
• Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are followed.
• Assist in the implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain documentation of support requests, resolutions, and IT inventory.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to support technology initiatives and upgrades.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking, and IT hardware.
• Experience with troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
• Familiarity with IT support tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to document processes effectively.
  

Work Environment:

• This is a work-from-office position in Hinjewadi, Pune.
• You will work as per the office timings and may be required to support multiple shifts for urgent technical issues.
• Regular virtual and in-person collaboration with team members and clients.
