Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with development teams to define, design, and implement scalable software architecture solutions. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks that align with business and technical goals. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, standards, and best practices. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by identifying and resolving technical bottlenecks. Participate in code reviews, contribute to engineering standards, and promote best practices across the team. Translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring alignment with long-term architectural vision. Candidate Profile Has a solid foundation in software design principles and system architecture. Demonstrates strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities. Is passionate about technology, innovation, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development or technical architecture roles. Strong proficiency in designing and documenting software architectures using industry-standard tools. Practical experience with both backend and frontend technologies, including .NET, Node.js, Java, Python, Angular, and React. Solid understanding of database management with hands-on expertise in SQL and other relational databases. Proficient in working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud (GCP), with a particular emphasis on Azure. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Exposure to Outplatform (or similar tools/platforms). Work Environment This is a work-from-office position, in Hinjewadi Pune. You will be required to work as per the working hours of respective geographies. Regular virtual meetings and collaboration with team members and clients.
