Roles and Responsibilities: Develop AI/ML applications with Python and FastAPI. Build and deploy RAG systems using LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases (FAISS, OpenSearch, Pinecone). Fine-tune LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Meta) and apply Prompt Engineering. Manage containers with Docker and version control with Git. Train models with Hugging Face Transformers. Perform data cleaning, normalization, scaling, and handle imbalanced data. Build ML models (Regression, Classification, Clustering) using pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn. Create data visualizations using Seaborn and Matplotlib. Ensure API security (OAuth2, JWT, CORS) and assist with CI/CD pipelines. Track and document model training, evaluation metrics (Precision, Recall, F1 Score, ROC-AUC). Deploy models using cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure). Use LangSmith for LangChain workflow monitoring. Candidate Profile We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual who: 02 years of experience in AI/ML development, NLP, or LLMs. Strong Python skills and experience with ML libraries and frameworks. Good understanding of LLMs, RAG systems, and Prompt Engineering. Experience with APIs, containerization, and Git. Analytical, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, AI, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Certifications or practical coursework in ML, NLP, or Cloud technologies will be an added advantage. Work Environment This is a work-from-office position, in Hinjewadi Pune. You will be required to work as per the working hours of respective geographies. Regular virtual meetings and collaboration with team members and clients.
