Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.
  • Assist users with OS, applications, and device queries.
  • Perform routine system updates and maintenance.
  • Support macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN/VPN and network connectivity issues.
  • Configure routers, switches, and wireless devices.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure security.
  • Document issues, processes, and solutions.
  • Create user guides and technical documentation.
  • Manage IT asset inventory and license tracking.
  • Maintain and update IT asset records.
  • Follow and implement security protocols and compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong in modern IT tools and technologies.
  • Proficient in Mac, Windows, and Linux OS.
  • Knowledge of GWS, Slack, Atlassian tools.
  • Experience with IAM tools (JumpCloud, JAMF, AD, LDAP).
  • Familiar with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Good understanding of networking basics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash).
