Responsibilities Provide technical support via phone/email and document all case interactions. Validate and report customer-reported bugs. Assist in testing new/enhanced product features. Fully own assigned cases and ensure timely resolution. Identify trends, potential issues, and escalate as needed. Maintain accurate product knowledge and documentation.
