Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide desktop and IT support for hardware, software, and system issues.
Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
Resolve basic network and VPN connectivity issues.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security.
Handle IT onboarding and offboarding for employees.
Maintain IT asset inventory and basic documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for IT support when needed.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in IT or desktop support roles.
Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Basic understanding of networking concepts.
Experience with access management tools.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
