Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, applications, and networks.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS (Windows/macOS/Linux), and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain devices, peripherals, and software.
  • Manage network devices, security, and monitor performance.
  • Handle user accounts, permissions, onboarding/offboarding.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols, audits, and IT policies.
  • Provide user training and technical documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience as IT/Desktop Support Engineer.
  • Proficient in Windows, macOS, Linux, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Knowledge of IAM systems (JumpCloud, AD, LDAP), networking, and security.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and endpoint management.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer support skills.
  • Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Bash) a plus.
