Job Description

Responsibilities

Refine and optimize data models based on performance and feedback.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify growth and process improvement opportunities.
Drive strategic initiatives to enhance workflows and user experience.
Stay updated with emerging data and industry practices.
Mentor analysts on writing efficient SQL queries.
Maintain and enforce data standards and conventions.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong SQL skills.
Good to have: Python/R for analytics and hypothesis testing.
Ability to independently drive analyses and projects end-to-end.
Knowledge of statistics, regression, clustering.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/QlikView).
Ability to gather and document technical requirements.
